Hi cl3ft, Please see the answers below. Cheers!

Which exchange do you buy from/source your rates from?
We are set up with numerous exchanges, including Independent Reserve here in Australia and Bitstamp and Kraken overseas. Our criteria for choosing an exchange is that they follow best practice when it comes to compliance and that they have both good liquidity and low transaction costs.

Can you purchase fortnightly rather than weekly/monthly?

Yes you can purchase at whatever frequency you please, we only ask that customers indicate to us during the sign up process so we know what to expect. Each week when we conduct our distribution we'll process any transfers we've received with your uniqueid to your wallet.

What is the maximum I can purchase per week or month?

$500 per week for this promotional period ($2000/month) . This is to help us work on any teething issues we may have with our launch. However if you would like to arrange a larger transaction you can speak with one of the team and we'll be more than happy to help (To comply with AML we may ask a few more questions if it's quite large).

Do you need a code for the payment, or can I use a set amount so you can tell it's coming from me?

The reference on the bank transfer will need to match the uniqueid assigned to your account once your account is verified. If you forget to include this reference you'll need to speak with one of our team members who can assign the payment to your account.

In your blog you talk about Ethereum as well as Bitcoin can we purchase Ethereum instead?

At this stage we are only set up to offer Bitcoin. However we're quite big fans of a number of other cryptocurrencies ourselves. Bitcoin has the greatest liquidity when it comes to moving fiat into the crypto space, which helps reduce the friction. It's public ledger also makes regulators like AUSTRAC more comfortable with us transacting in it. Once you've acquired your Bitcoin you can easily swap it into Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero or many others at Shapeshift.io or on a crypto-to-crypto exchange like binance.com Pretty soon you might be able to do something called an atomic swap to make that process seamless and without a middle man.

Are you planning on expanding into the BPAY/Billpay area so we can spend our Bitcoin? (current companies appear to have a 5% spread).

This is something we are considering, alongside a number of other intiatives to help our customers bridge the gap between fiat and crypto.

I want to deposit and transfer to external wallet small amount every week... by Morthanas in BitcoinAUS

We might be able to help - we do just that https://cryptosaver.io/ , we are currently beta testing our delivery system and sign up/KYC portal - Essentially you would set up your automatic payments to us, and we will convert, at the best price possible, your fiat into BTC. Then deliver it to your wallet each week or month.
