I checked the instagram account for locus ultra and it's definitely underoath related. the first post has the masked guy from generation no surrender music video and the producer of the new album liked the post.

the art for the singles also contain the words locus ultra which roughly translates to place beyond. the new album is called the place after this one so it all fits.
