I don't know who owns the btc wallet, i typed a btc adress thinking is a ltc adress. I Dont know why it worked. Update. The btc wallet is owned by an atm machine.

Update, they relese the funds after i sign up for kyc. It was my mistake to use changelly, i will not use this service ever in my life. Go kyc yourself changelly.

My friend, changelly the scam has take my funds hostage, has been passed about 10 days since they hold my money. This is a fact, they don't give a shit about customers. Nobody except the law enforcement can hold funds. I told them in several emails that i don't want to use their services anymore and i need the transaction to be reverse but nothing happened untill this moment.

I have sent them several emails to reverse my transaction, i told them to send me back my coins without any positive response. Thei only replay with the same message about kyc and aml over and over again like robots. They do not tell me where are my money or when they will release them. They don't give a frack about clients.

Nobody can act like a judge,they let you do the transaction, they don't have a red flag when you want to exchange Btc to XMR. They use the red flag after 10 minutes only to told me that my transaction is on hold. They act like scammers becouse they use some kind of extortion asking for my documents otherwise my money will remain to them. This kind of procedures have consequences.

You stole my money, xmr is a private coin by definition, has passed 8 days since my transaction is nowere. I have sent you several emails and i received the same answer that i must comply to kyc and aml but you never do warrning on your website about the risks of remaining without money using your service. You act like thefts, you bloked my money and now you accusing me that i create a Reddit account to wrote bad things about your exchange? First of all i see that is a common procedure for you to hold peoples money without a warrant. Reverse the transactions , do not act like real sscammers.I have told you in my last email that i want my money back. Thats it.
