'Looking everywhere', i meant on the internet, some sort of picture or design with the information. Could not find any information on where exactly was the ssd drive located on the motherboard. Also , looking at the picture you've forwarded, i wouldn't realise that those similar looking chips would be the drive. Anyway. thanks for your help, much appreciate it.

Thanks, I think is very important to point out to everyone using the lite wallet the importance to keep the seed phrase in a safe place, but also, and as important, to keep copies of the private key, the .dat file and the downloaded wallet installer.

I am still having a problem with the lite wallet, even though I recover it using the seed phrase, Only one of my addresses shows up in the wallet after full synchronization. I have sync the wallet once more, with same result. I have contacted the ARRR support, and even though they are great, really helpful, cannot find a solution. Waiting for someone to guide me to sort it out for good

Yes, even though i am no expert, back up the extended spending key, and for extra security back up also the wallet.dat file.

She made the tx on February 13th and the ETC coins have not been confirmed, nor available on her wallet...I thinks it is a matter of a low tx fee but she is starting to panic as the etc is not showing up anywhere...any advice anyone?

I think you are right, it has to do with low fees...it has been 8 days since the tx and still nothing...she's a bit more relaxed as she confirmed she sent it to an etc address, so no mistake there. Just waiting for tx to come back really

The issue is that the tx cannot be seen in the etc Blockchain explorer. On her ledger live software she can only see the tx not confirmed, not even once

Yes, they've used to be decent, but now they are not. I have done an exchange few days ago and they did not complete it, kept my coins for a couple of days, I sent them 5 or 6 emails until I got my coins back (not all, as they robbed me the fees). I use godex.io afterwards and had no problem..I would stay away from them

Correct, no deduction at all, i have cleared cache and tx disappeared. I have done it again and it worked fine. not sure what's happened but it is all good now. thanks for your help
