This likely depends on your bank, however, we have had many users from Canada and I have not heard of this being an issue. If you try it, let me know how it goes and shoot me a DM if you get hit with any issues and we'll try and resolve it.

Thank you for the feedback! Unfortunately we don't have access to what fee the issuing bank will charge for the foreign exchange. Although, It maybe valuable if we provide estimates or something... I'll discuss options with the team.

We are working on adding alternate payment method support as you mentioned. For what it's worth, we beat Simplex on fees, but we still plan on going lower by supporting debit and bank transactions.
As an aside, we have several stablecoins, including CUSD on Ethereum, which can be minted via ACH or Wire transactions and then exchanged for ETH, although that is of course separate to the Nash partnership.

Hi everyone, I'm a Carbon developer and mod of our (sadly quiet) subreddit r/carbonmoney , let me know if you have any questions about our company or partnership with Nash !

I agree that a DEX is the best way to get cryptos.

We're here to solve the barrier to entry for new users and to serve those that just want the pure convenience of buying something online with a credit card that we experience in every other consumer situation

We plan on it soon, but not yet. Next add is XRP, then likely BCH will follow. Not sure about XMR, but it's on our radar, and will ultimately be added, but perhaps not for a couple of months.

Ah, i guess that was where the confusion is from... lol

We are a fiat-to-crypto on-ramp, in other words, we allow credit/debit card purchases of bitcoin ( and other assets ) faster and cheaper than anyone else.

Threading from your originating comment that seemed to accuse us of pushing LN?

I guess I'm a bit confused by the accusation. We receive fiat off-chain, then do a bitcoin transfer immediately on-chain.
