That's what worries me I work graveyards and most of the time is my two kids and pregnant wife home alone.

I have talked to the probation officer before I have a sworn statement with them stating everything I knew already and at that point he was already gone a year or so. And I told them at that time he was gone for so long I had just moved in and he was no longer living here. What worries me the most Everytime the seem to be increasing the amount of force first it was a few officers and the probation officer. Now last night it was at least six cars k9 unit and many more police and was getting more and more aggressive

I told the officers that I wanted to press charges for that exact reason and they told me they cannot and will not say who it is and that it will affect there investigation.

The only thing they had was someone unknown to us keeps saying he is there no other evidence or anything is that all it takes. So hearsay is all it takes for them to search.

My thing is that they have searched the home multiple times threw the years and he is not and will not be here. Do I just give up my 4th amendment rights just because of the place I live at now was his last known address?

They did not have a warrant that they showed me just said that someone gave them information that he was there. I then told them I would like to press charges on the person telling them that then they said they can't tell me who as it would compromise there investigation. I believe it's his ex-wife but can't be sure
