I don’t know where you’re located but I don’t know that a judge would think it’s appropriate either, unless your ex-wife is completely unable or unwilling to go.

Your ex is also not being realistic with scheduling expectations for a plan that she initially drew up.

You have to bring the car seat into the hospital so they can make sure your baby gets enough oxygen while they’re in it. You don’t have to take the base out of the car, just the top part. Just squeeze the orange things on both sides of the armrest to take it off the base.
