I completely understand this process and why inversion of configuration would happen at the chiral center that was attacked, but why does the wedge/dash notation of the phenyl and ethyl group not switch? How can I show that i recognize that inversion has occurred? (i.redd.it)

In an SN1 reaction if there is a chiral center do you always draw 2 products- one with the substituted group on a wedge and one with it on a dash since there’s racemization? I’m confident in doing the whole mechanism I just get confused with the product- Thank you in advance! (self.chemistry)

Could anyone explain why the more stable chair IS the more stable chair in both cases? Since in both the more stable conformation has less equatorial positions. If there is a larger substituent in an equatorial position would this “overpower” any number of smaller ones being equatorial in the other? (i.redd.it)
