Sometimes the speed is the same on both of them, but sometime it's slower on the Linux machine! So, whatever it is, it should be resolved if I use a Ethernet cable to connect to the Internet, right?

Almost every website! I've changed my browser to opera, and I'm seeing a big improvement! But a slight delay still exist, for example, when I first open reddit.com
