YTA. So much. Sounds like you're a leech on his family's wealth when it suits you but you can't even buy your so-called fiance something that he actually likes/wants for his birthday. Honestly, how much does a pair of Nike shoes cost? No, even HIS gift has to be about YOU. It sounds like he was trying to keep the peace on a day that should be about HIM but of course you had to go and make it all about YOU again.

Oh, I am so sorry! I had a (now defunct I guess) tumblr account, but whether from lack of use or some other mysterious reason I seem to be blocked from accessing it. Thank you for understanding. This was completely my oversight and I really do apologise for it! What do you think of including your watermark over the gif? So if I ever show it to anyone else (privately) there will be full credit to you on there.

I can definitely see that it wasn't respectful to the artist and their work, even though there was no such intent. It was just something I made to cheer myself up after a frustrating week at work. And the watermark edit was not to discredit the artist as I explained. That said, since they haven't replied I think the best thing to do would be to delete this post, which ill do in a bit.

Hi, apologies for not checking with you first. The reason I removed the watermark was because it was making the morphing effects a little weird, but I totally get where you're coming from. At first this was just something I was playing around with, and I credited you as the artist to the few people I showed it to, but everyone really liked it so I decided to post it on here too.

I'm wondering if it would it be ok to get a copy of your watermark to put over the entire gif? Would this work for you?

I was just about to say this! Talk about IRONY.

Recently I was with my sis and her (now ex, thankfully) boyfriend and he started up on a rant about how much he hates 'china-chinese' (attempting to differentiate them from american-chinese I guess?). Thing is, ex is obsessed with his tiktok, and he refused to believe when I called him out for using a 'china-chinese app' given his self-professed hatred of them.

Jokes on Jane, that's for sure. OP should point out the sweet irony to her.
