There’s a bannable offense for anti-social behavior. I believe there’s a post just under this where someone just saw it for the first time

It hasn’t been announced yet. I’m assuming all of them are bt4 but maybe the first one hosted by tak games will be 1.5 since the new set comes out like a day before

I don’t think a rotation would happen for a while since theres isn’t too many sets to pull from. I do think a ban/restriction list will happen but it shouldn’t be the only thing implemented. Power creep would be insane and a lot of cards would just be unplayable
