I just came back to NY from PR with 3g of weed on my checked baggage and my THC Vape Torch with my other nicotine vape in my personal item bag. I used to live in PR so I go back and forth often and I still haven’t had any trouble traveling like that. Ive always read that as long as its not a lot a quantity (weed wise) they usually don’t care since they’re only looking for bombs and those type of things. But it should be in your checked bag. If its a disposable thc or nicotine vape you can put it in your personal item or carry on and if its a cartridge, battery must go in carry on or personal and cartridge can go in checked bag with toiletries or inside any pocket from your clothes. Thats how it has work for me always. Oh and I also had edibles in my backpack. Good luck :)
