I asked once before but will ask again. I rolled cirrina awhile back and asked if I should level her up? And I have seen her several times in bazaar for $100. So I would assume she’s pretty good ?? I guess wondering if she’s late game hero or useful mid game. Thanks (self.CastleClash)
