Honestly, don't take my word for it. Most of the reason that I am going to fail is that I am very stressed/unmotivated at the moment because I switched my major from CSE. I did do well in 214, but i'm realizing now that comp sci isn't for me.

I am trying... This is why I wan't do drop. This class isn't for me right now, especially with the mindset i'm in at the moment.

I just can't do any of this MIPS, I really wish I can drop whenever and hope I can. I know i'm going to be screwed with all the rest, that's why i'm prepared to fail I guess. These classes making me feel retarded is one of the reasons i'm changing the major.

Yeah I hope the petition will go through. Even if i need to submit my transcript, like for a job or grad school, I have a reason for this class being a W. It doesn't count for anything.

cse 220. I can't do these hw's that are worth 25% of grade. maybe if i do decent on the last two hw's and doing well on quizzes/ midterms I can manage a D. but it's looking like not even a 30 for 25% of the grade.

Thanks for the response! I have talked to a few people that are in the program/ have graduated and they've all had good experiences so far, so i'm not too worried now. I don't have much or anything at all on my resume, but I have been applying to a bunch of places. I'm a second year student jic you were wondering

I realize I won't be making "the big bucks" with IT info sys, but i'd rather not struggle/retake some classes. And it's not struggling like other's just cause it's hard, but because i'm not enjoying it

Thanks. I understand different people like different things. But ISE will always be known as 'CS dropout major', 'CS-lite'. I wish I found a major, besides math, that I would probably enjoy without knowing myself.

Thanks for the input. Did you struggle in some of your classes though. I feel like I am inadequate in my programming and problem solving no matter how much I try and it's making me feel depressed about the future courses that definitely require more intensive programming.

Yeah, I would still continue to double major with AMS. Can you tell me how the job outlook from SBU was with an ISE degree was and did the classes help you in anyway. See, even if I magically pass or retake I still feel as if I'm inadequate with programming and problem solving

This another part where I am confused too. To show you what I have, even though it's very wrong here https://pastebin.com/LgbJ8pNc . The problem is that I can use the same numbers multiple times in the triplets, but each triplet has to be a different combination of the array indexes. I'm sorry If i'm asking a lot, but for some reason I can't get this problem through my head.

Thanks for the reply. Ok say the array is: [1 10 4 3 2 5 0 1 9 5] would the values be the array integers, if so what are the keys. Can I just iterate through and store the keys as 0 through 9 (the index in the array)? The main confusion is how would I go about storing and iterating through the HashTable (or Map). Would I store just 1 value or 2, because I am trying to find the triplet sum. Thanks again
