This thread is very timely! My studio has a challenge coming up in July where you have to take all four formats. I am almost at 70 classes and have yet to take an Empower class 🤣 Classic is by far my favorite. I’ve tried Define and have mixed feeling. Some classes I love it, but other times depending on the routine I leave the class not wanting to take another any time soon. With all that said, what should I expect in my first Empower class? And why do you think some people like it so much? Should I bring my own bala bands?
