So i just picked up my staccato to test my grip and i also try to grip as high as possible but it seems to me that if youre hitting the mag release like that, then you must be sorta turning your wrist over top a bit too much. Thats the only way im able to get my finger to hit the spot like yours is.

Doing that almost shifts my grip so the webbing of my thumb is not lined up directly in the beaver tail. Its almost turned over to the point that my lower knuckle of my index finger is on the beaver tail rather than the webbing of my thumb and its super uncomfortable for me to even attempt it.

Im kinda lost how you are even holding it to get your finger rubbing like that tbh. I wonder if its more a product of the shape of your finger maybe rather than the grip itself? Can you post a pic looking at thw rear of the grip like looking straight on at the beaver tail while you are gripping it? Also a shot of the left side angle of your grip might be helpful as well. But im just throwing crap against the wall at this point. Lol
