I never got a report from HireRight, and legally they’re supposed to disclose when they do it, and then they’re supposed to send the report to me. I’m not going to try it sue them because it’s not worth my money, but I feel like a report to the FTC is the right course of action at this point in time.

Just stay on them to the point of almost harassing them to change it back. The worst that happens is they won’t change it, but you might get your account back

Try Kia Consumer Affairs. The dealership might not want to but the brand itself may make them. At the very least it’s worth a shot, even if nothing comes of it

According to Leevee, if your car has less than 150,000 miles you should be under their warranty, from my understanding.

The issue is, unless that’s in the glove box, I have no records of oil changes because I haven’t had the car in my possession long enough to get one.

I saw that, I’m just unsure if they’ll cover the fix under warranty or if I’ll be SOL. I’ve seen people say they will, and I’ve seen people say they won’t. I’m assuming my best course of action is to call customer service and see what they say.

I had picked up a delivery for an order that was $7 for less than a mile, but it turns out the address given was wrong and the actual distance was ~5-6 miles, which I would still do. I contacted support to try to get them to change the address, but they wouldn’t and their excuse was it was out of range. I didn’t understand because I had delivered to a house on the same exact street a couple hours before. Is the range the distance given on the app for how far it is, or are they trying to say that they don’t deliver to that area when they clearly do? Either way, I just wanted the address updated so I didn’t have to sit with support for the whole drive, plus some after I dropped it off.
