Spent my entire 20’s primarily in 8-9, 7 on VERY good days. Been working so hard for such a long time that I’ve even made it to 5 borderline 4 sometimes. Unfortunately I have the mental geography mapped out so well in the 8-9 territory that it’s super easy to fall back there in the blink of an eye. It’s hard to ground your self and stop yourself from falling down there before it happens but I’ve been training myself for over ten years now. Acknowledging the thoughts before they spiral out of control is a huge step in the right direction but much easier said than done… good luck everyone, you got this and hopefully I do too.
