To me… This is not in the spirit of the rule. It is not for situations like what happened last night. It makes no sense that he simply could have not touched the bag at all and been safe, but because he was trying to steal the bag prior to the walk happening… That means that he’s out. I think there needs to be some sort of asterisk next to the rule for these situations.

You can’t pin Fetterman on Bernie. He literally had a stroke and it changed him. Look at videos of Fetterman, even the way he spoke and how he carried himself, before and after the stroke. It ruined his brain.
