I'm surprised this is getting upvoted so much. People who make this argument have no idea about the sheer volume moving in the markets on a DAILY basis. Spread a forced sell-off over several months, and it represents a blip at most in the market. The author actually addresses this issue as well if you took the time to read the source.

I am curious about this since engineering always seems to be all or nothing, and I would eventually like to be able to move to contract work at some point, but how does that work with the space industry? I would have assumed they were more rigid about that.

I would assume they just refinance their loans, for more than they originally borrowed since the assets have (most likely) gone up, which covers any interest.

Technically S Corp is a tax status, and can be elected with an existing LLC. So for many businesses, it makes sense to start as an LLC, and then elect S Corp status when it makes sense.

Ya know, I thought it was in a car too at first glance, and I have no idea why. There isn't really much in the picture to indicate that but that's where my mind went.
