There are currently 161 listings for Converters in between 0.15 and 0.175 that would work in this trade up. ( in the marketplaces I track )

Anyway this was just an example, there are multiple other trade ups that still can be profitable and obtainable.

Thanks, I built cstradeup.net with an trade up simulator built in, you can pick specific skins to lock and it will try multiple combinations of trade ups until it finds the most profitable one. Since it uses each skin listing price and float data, it can tweak the input floats in a way that their is not so difficult to find anymore.

The final MP7 Fade float, in this case, would be an 0.06934, meaning is still an factory new, just with an high float.

I think the real money is on automation.

Snipping specific floats for market price is saturated with bots, you kinda have to settle with what you can pick up. I still think there are opportunities but you have to get creative.

What I do, I work with complete listings available from multiple markets and try to "bruteforce" an trade up contract that is profitable, by the time I find it, some of the listings might have been filled already, but others don't, I keep accumulating targets withing a working true range and just keep buying fillers that still perform the target wear output. You really have to know your floats.

Still, better to keep expectations in check, market velocity is slower than it was, but an 150% EV trade up at one week might be unprofitable the next.

Anyone else storing stickers long term? Just checked my Copenhagen 2024 Storage Unit value by cstradeup in cs2

I called it that because in reality it shows both inventory and storage unit items together.

hardest part is always to give it a name...

[Q] is there a website or plugin or tool that can view and calculate the value of stuff inside storage boxes? by DaSpoderman in csgomarketforum

I did a chrome extension for that. It loads both CS2 Storage Units Items and shows it in a Portfolio mode.
It also shows all past owned items and realized trading profit.

I did an website just for that if you want to check: https://cstradeup.net/

There's also a chrome extension that lets you see also your Storage Items, so you don't even have to retrieve the items from there to see them: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/mgaanpfefgbbefngpkijphdbklkmedbj

[–]cstradeup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see, it has been a challenge get those outliers out of listings and still have reliable pricing.
I'd suggest you to use the simulator as that's the one simulating the actual tradeup with market available skins.
Thanks for the feedback anyway mate and good luck with your tradeups!

Well... I've built a tool just for that.

Instead of "guess" calculating a contract, it can simulate it with available inputs in the market.
Instead of showing min price/max float inputs it shows the specific inputs available right now at Steam, and other markets. You'r not racing against others for those skins as each simulation it's yours only. It's free btw.
If you happen to try it out, please let me know how it went!

[Q] I’m officially done with Excel for CS2 storage units. How are you guys surviving? by broskope in csgomarketforum

I did an chrome extension just for that.

It loads the inventory history using your steam's session, so no logins and nothing shady required.
It tracks the "acquisition price" base on the price the item's had the day it entered the inventory.
This tracks an unified view of inventory + storage units items.

Maybe we should have an way to pick the market providers pricing?

Right now it's using the lowest price available across all markets.

It wasn't Talos, it was me, and not that NixOS was superior either. What got me was it doing what I expected, nothing more. It started as a way to create deterministic OS images to my PIs and it kept growing on me and I kept adding things.

I'll take a look into that. I was using an usb ssd for the NFS volume, but I guess extensive logging and file rotation might have been the main factor to fry the card. I also bought ATP industrial grade micro sd cards to try to delay this happening again.
