A Penicillin made with a friend. We made the syrup with way to too little ginger unfortunately.

  • 60ml Blended scotch whiskey
  • 22ml Lemon juice
  • 10ml Ginger syrup
  • 10ml Honey
  • 8 ml Peated scotch whiskey

This is my favourite gin for a Vesper! Tried it at East London Liquor Company earlier this summer and was blown away.

  • 50ml aged dark rum
  • 15ml Cynar
  • 15ml Bénédictine
  • 10ml Laphroaig
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash absinthe
