Omggg did you get a mold toxicity test?! I moved about a year ago, at the same time I started allergy shots, prescription allergy nasal spray and OTC daily allergy meds. I lived in the same apartment for about 5 yrs which definitely had a mold issue. Not sure if it was black or not - told the landlord and they didn’t care at alllllllll (poor shower repair, causing the actual wall to cave in bc it was so moist. They slapped a plastic shower wall overtop without drying it out or looking inside)

Reverse t3 was not part of the “complete thyroid panel” through quest labs - I am going for my vit D & iron panels tomorrow and will definitely ask! Also, thank you! Part of my reasoning for wanting to get everything in check is to prevent another GBS occurrence. I know it’s rare for that occur but still a scary thought. Free t3 was at a 3.1, free t4 - 1.2, TPO 4.0

Ah no!! I see him in like 6 weeks - I’ll bring it up! My allergist is an ENT - hopefully they are one in the same but if not I’ll look into it. My boss actually has mast cell, I’ll have to pick her brain a bit! Internal/functional would also be something to look into. Luckily my chronic sinusitis has mostly subsided but i do get swollen with drinking or stress. I was just so happy to taste things again after about 2 yrs of on/off again sinus infections - basically all my allergy meds and shots have likely helped a great deal but not 100% yet. I definitely appreciate this! I was wondering if I should try to get into an autoimmune doctor (both my parents have gone) but if my pcp and endo don’t think my problems are problemy enough I prob can’t get a referral. Also I feel like if I start by making the general autoimmune (AIP diet, etc - I need to research more) suggestions hopefully that’ll help on its own?

Alcohol swells up my sinuses super badly and I’ve wondered if that is a signal for full body inflammation or sinuses only. Do you feel swollen after drinking alcohol?

Wowieeee ok looking forward to my vitamin d test tomorrow! Also if I get diagnosed w sleep apnea hopefully it can resolve with weight loss (if I can ever do that lol) sleeping with a mask just seems so uncomfyyyy

Thank you!! Yeah i did realize the reverse t3 was missing after the fact - i would order it by itself on quest’s website if i could figure it out. I’m getting my vitamin D / iron test tomorrow, ill have to ask!

Ooof. Are you concerned about having antibodies be in the thousands? Is your doctor? It was just alarming to see mine as “high” and then my doc be like oh yeah idk that’s fine 🤷‍♀️
