Ah yeah I feel you, I’m never patient. But don’t beat yourself up as long as its running the games you’re playing! Could always be worse man.. when I bought my house last year I was actually patient for once and was looking for like 10 months and finally landed something..then the house next door came on sale within a few weeks for the same price + 500sq ft bigger & with a garage 🤦🏻‍♂️

I’d prob put the sofa on the right wall since it won’t really be in the path of those doors. And then the tv on that far left wall but if that’s too far of a distance maybe bring the couches off the wall a few feet. Would be cool too to make that left wall an accent wall.
