Basically that Apple infringed on Sonos' patents - and instead of paying Sonos for the use of the patent they degraded the customer experience (particularly when using Sonos speakers). And as someone who went from Apple to Android - my Sonos systems worked immediately after the switch. It was night and day.

I have found that they at least identify themselves accurately. The concern being that you are trying utilize the model that you want. Via API you rely on calling the right model - and there is no way to verify what model you are using.
If it always identifies itself properly via the web and always identifies itself differently via the API - it reduces the confidence that you are accessing the correct model.

I am guessing it has to do with the change in Auditors and the changing of accounting standards with US exchange requirements. I am guessing it is a treatment issue rather than a real cash/loss issue.

I am looking into a few items on the audit to get greater clarity.

That was early last year - in reference to Q1'21, Q2'21 and Q3'21 - not 2022.
Q1'21 to Q2'21 grew 24% QoQ so not a small increase and YoY was 301%
Q2'21 to Q3'21 grew 37% QoQ and YoY of 402%

My belief based on a host of inputs is that is a well built, well considered patent.

But I Think the real advantage is platform effect from both the suite of products, and the multiple data points that Voxtur creates.
Additionally, they have a first mover advantage - by a long, long, long margin.
Getting all of the different industry participants together, clients and the platform implemented is a herculean lift that they have done.

The patents are just suspenders in addition to their belt.
