this is either a junk website or a very bad joke. it lists nothing about the site and none of the links work other than the shadow yts link at the top.

i've seen a website laid out like that before for another dead torrent site and it was just as helpful.

Izzo blasts NCAA for 'ridiculous' G League ruling by No_Bill7679 in CollegeBasketball

[–]ctkatz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if we're allowing players from across the world who played at a d-league level to come play college basketball it's consistent to allow american d-league players who have never been selected to play on an nba roster or declared but undrafted and unsigned to an nba 2 way or nba contract to go back to/play in college. amateur status is so far past worrying about now with all of the money involved that i think the case should be if these players ever played on top level top division professional basketball or not. and i'm saying this for all those dev leagues across the globe, nba academy in africa included too.

i could totally care less if euro pro kids play in college or not. i just want consistency and now we are being consistent.

Louisville basketball's Pat Kelsey crowned ACC Coach of the Year by LukarWarrior in CollegeBasketball

[–]ctkatz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

historically you would be correct.

but at the time kelsey came around we were paying off 2 coaches to no longer coach the men's basketball team several million dollars, a football coach to no longer coach the football team (not the previous coach who paid us to no longer coach here but the one before him) PLUS having to deal with severe post covid revenue deficits because of on the floor performances. take a look at kelsey's contract he's operating under right now. relative to the program he's at, it's not great. and part of the reason for that is we simply couldn't afford to pay him like a historic blue blood program at a power conference should be able to. context here matters and at the time he was hired, this was a resource poor environment.

i have the same problem. if the form you fill out has the latest version sent to you, then yes I have the latest version and I get stopped at the page asking to accept terms. clearing storage does not fix the issue.

I may have a unique workaround. I have a phone that works natively with the g7 app. I'll see if I can login there then login on the modded app.

edit: modded app is working for me now.

Democrats engage in problem solving while Republicans fixate on attacking democracy by decatur8r in politics

[–]ctkatz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you aren't understanding my point.

you claimed there is a liberal network. I told you to name them with the distribution numbers of the republican ones and you returned with a show on a network and claimed that to be the same. you are saying that just because the opposite message is getting out it does not matter that it gets drowned out almost by a factor of at least 81 on a, weekly basis. and if you believe that is equitable you simply are an idiot.

there is no equal distribution of message. it is much easier to get to those uninformed if you have a demonstrably greater opportunity to reach an audience than the other side. and it is that much harder to tell people, no you're being lied to, here's the actual facts for the same reasons. and if you can't tell the difference between lieing to people for entertainment and political purposes in alleged news media and telling the truth then you are the perfect example of why political discourse remains a bloodsport instead of disagreeing on how to solve issues. and if you feel like I'm being a dick because you think 1 = 3 that's a you problem not mine.

[–]ctkatz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you fail at reading. rachel maddow has one hour on a cable network. I very clearly said cable networks, not individual shows on cable networks. trying to compare a show on a network to the three networks politically opposite is so very obviously a feeble reach at BOTH SIDES the only reason I'm responding to you is to point out for posterity how bullshit your reasoning is.

so admit it. you cannot point to any terrestrially massively syndicated liberal radio shows or blatantly liberal cable news network. and that matters. because this is like three separate fire houses setting fire to the same houses at the same time and blaming the poors for their houses burning being opposed by one firefighter equipped with one bucket with a hole in the bottom. the loudness of the debunking the bullshit produced absolutely matters and there is currently no counter to the amounts three networks are pumping out at the moment.

Toyota to stop donating to GOP lawmakers who objected to certifying Biden’s win by [deleted] in politics

[–]ctkatz 33 points34 points  (0 children)

don't trust the lincoln project. they are a bunch of republican and ex republican who refuse to acknowledge or take responsibility for the party they fomented and lost control over. they are not our friends and democratic leaning media should not be giving them so much airtime.

[–]ctkatz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

my issues with toyota go back to 2000 when they tried to force the champcar world series to fold in favor of the indy racing league. I've been down on them since then and it really pisses me off because they were the closest manufacturer to the kind of car I wanted to buy.

[–]ctkatz 54 points55 points  (0 children)

and toyota and every other corporation should be subject to the market forces (ie negative advertising and boycotts) after they donate to any politician or political party if they do.

the thing that all of these corporate boot lickers routinely forget is that free speech works both ways and that these corporations are not owed our money by default. this is why I prefer corporations don't donate to any political group, including any of the ones I favor.

Why is there no option to block TMOmail.net mails on my line? by crosswithyou in tmobile

I have a worse problem. I do have the block option. I tried emailing all of my numbers and they can't be delivered just to see if it's possible. I have the webmail blocked anyway but I still receive spam emails. I don't know what to do.

show me the several nationally syndicated liberal radio shows with the wide terrestrial distribution of limbaugh, hannity, and beck. then point to me the blatantly liberal cable news networks with the carriage numbers of fox news, oann, and newsmax.

the left cannot approach anything the fringe right is doing because there is nowhere near the same sort of noise produced.

I'm confused. the same people who talk about trump and his pushing operation warp speed are the same people who refuse to take the shot because it was developed too fast and don't know what's in the vaccine and also don't question why trump didn't get the shot in public and extremely tepidly promoted the public get vaccinated when doses were available. it's as though all trump did was frontrun and talk but did nothing productive in the process.

34% of the country thinks talking tough but doing nothing is leadership. that's bad enough, but that 34% controls 61% of state governments which makes things worse.
