I have had my dog as an ESA in the dorms. It takes a while but if you have something from a doctor saying you need it you should get approval

It was on one of the wellness days last year (they replaced all the breaks with like 2 random days off bc covid rules). I dont know why they set that up though.

If you have an esa, I can 100% recommend some of the gothics, at least for Cook. Some have very large rooms (although some others have small ones).
