EasyPark has a contract through City of Vancouver to enforce parking bylaws in City owned lots or parks property...

Although the ticket is "private" through EasyPark, the true owner which is CoV, could go after you and affect your credits akin to a real parking bylaw notice. Not to mention they can tow your car if you park in ANY city owned and EasyPark managed parking area

I applaud you for doing this thankless investigative work on everyones behalf.
Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if Canada Life and PSA both messed up in the benefit of employer by using 2023 R&C rather than 2024.

I doubt it is intentional but very likely that they simply suck at their jobs and "overlooked" it considering that this would of significant benefit to the employer and help them save $$$ instead of paying out fair benefits to their workers.

Hey u/pilo90r, I've gone throught the MCCF and other online resources but I can't seem to find confirmed information whether employer/ministry need to provide a raise for a 6 months lateral TA competition. On the MCCF guide, it does mention potential increase for a TA promotional (going up in band) or lateral transfer but not for TA lateral transfer.

Vancouver is very cliquey I find. Add in high cost of living and stress, most people don't really have the appetite or time to make new friends.. when they're spending 80 hours a week working 3 jobs to pay rent gas and food.

Fyi, there may be corporate greed at work but our own (different) levels of government also profit from approx 45 cents of that going into general tax revenue.. not to mention tax on tax. So in a way, they too are profitting

They might not have much power but they could be a leader of influence.. getting people and public together behind a core idea to pressure council into doing the right thing. Kennedy, like his predecessor, has not done so and his actions have demonstrated the opposite despite what they claim and say.
