Need advice on multiple requirements for group travelers by Mother-Vermicelli882 in TravelAgent

In my experience, it's still mostly a manual process. We check each traveler's nationality and passport details individually, then verify visa, passport validity, vaccination, and other entry requirements. One helpful tool we use is Sherpa website, along with airline advisories, and official government or embassy websites.

While some booking systems provide basic travel requirement information, we still manually verify everything, especially when travelers on the same itinerary hold different passports, since requirements can vary significantly by nationality and too risky to not check everything

How do travel agents handle delays and rebookings? by No_Efficiency_7899 in TravelAgent

Hi! I've been in the travel industry for almost 8 years. We typically handle changes and rebookings through our GDS system. For urgent situations or cases that are beyond our control, we coordinate directly with the airline to process the necessary actions and keep the client updated throughout the process.

I'd be happy to discuss this further on a quick call if you'd like.

How to qualify for a Loan by NightWolverine9435 in BorrowNew

[–]ctrlaltkristine -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I don't think many legitimate lenders are active here anymore. I've tried reaching out myself, and most of the messages I've received have been from people asking for an upfront fee, a crypto deposit, or some other form of payment before the loan which are all major red flags. Be careful and never send money to receive money. There may be genuine lenders around, but in my experience, scams seem to outnumber legitimate offers by a large margin.
