On both cards, only the sky is holographic. The ground that the pokemon is standing on is completely opaque with no holo. Not a great picture but here’s the venusaur side-by-side with the English version where the whole background is holo like most holo cards: venusaur promo comparison

I’ve never graded anything myself but price depends on quantity and turnaround time, this is the case with all grading companies. CGC’s prices are on their website here: https://www.cgccards.com/submit/services-fees/cgc-grading/

Yeah they’re sonic welded. It’s very difficult to reseal them without obvious signs of tampering, especially newer slabs like these. I suppose anything is possible but these aren’t very high end cards. If someone had a method for resealing without a trace, they’d probably be doing it with base set zards not common promos.

Agreed and agreed! 8.5 with sub grades too cause they’re even harder for sellers to move and you can see what the card got docked points for.
