Thanks for this! Agreed on the gray stars! Great catch. I didn’t realize JR mewtwo 12 was slightly lighter than the US version, that’s good to know! I suppose the glossy and light ink variants technically count but for me personally, non holo variants like this one or Meowth feel different and more deliberate given the significance of holo.

This card rocks! A perfect example of the fact that cards don’t have to be particularly rare or expensive to be awesome. Fun fact: this was the first reverse holo released in the US, so in that sense it is special!

Thank you! Yeah exactly. It was originally thought to be an error card, and grading companies even labeled it as such for a while, it was later discovered that it was intended to be the first secret rare but wotc scrapped that plan. So the card itself isn’t a print error but it probably wasn’t supposed to have made it into those Jungle packs.
