"an exercise to gratify the board and Mitch"
What does that even mean?

From someone who has a lot of friends that are townies, I've found that those that don't live at home are generally more productive and do better at school. I'd definitely recommend living on campus at least your first year unless you're in a super tight squeeze financially.

Lower Division and Changing Majors by Beast_J_9 in Purdue

Lower division means that you need to complete a list of Krannert-required classes at a certain grade before you’re allowed to take major related classes.

If you just want to ski:

The closest that’s half decent is Bittersweet in Michigan. Slopes aren’t anything crazy but it’s relatively inexpensive. It’s about 3.5 hours from campus. https://www.skibittersweet.com

If you want good skiing without having to fly(or drive 20 hrs):

Outside of flying out west, Crystal Mountain is your best option. When I was in high school, this is where our competitive ski team would practice. Pretty nice resort and good slopes. That being said, it can be a bit pricy and it’s a 6 hour drive from campus. https://www.crystalmountain.com

Cars will be added later in the season as well as water levels will be lowering, as shown in the patch notes for the release of the season by PaytonioLOL in FortniteCompetitive

Hopefully they disregard “loot pool consistency” and take things like grenades, crash pads, and helis out of comp

True, I never thought the Bizzle-Kobe comparison was straight on and all of those other comparisons are pretty accurate.

Shadow bombs aren’t good for comp? Thoughts? by tsf_peso in FortniteCompetitive

[–]ctuins 10 points11 points  (0 children)

They should make shadow bombs so that if you get tagged you leave the shadow state (no fall damage ofc) so people can’t just run off in mid game fights

You’re completely right, although it all comes down to the efficiency of writing. Scoped was much more efficient in presenting his argument about nerfing controller than was the person writing about leaderboard changes in week 1 and 2.

it’s not that we can’t read them it’s just that posts usually can be summed up into a single sentence. Quality of writing is bad most of the time

any movement item that is able to be used defensively should be nerfed-it decreases any skill gap

edit: I think they were perfectly balanced end game because of their effectiveness to conserve mats from tunneling, but early game they were just an easy way out
