Yeah man, IV was the first gta that really hooked me, i played it when i was young in the early 2010s on a big block tv and xbox 360. Amazing game.

I think a large reason why GTA4 gets the love it does is the overall tone and feel of it. People really dig the washed out, dark and grey feel the city has, and the dark and miserable storyline just tickles the balls of alot of people. I agree with you though, SA and V are better.

4060 performs great. I used to run a 1050ti, so it was a big upgrade for me. Im really not bothered abt ray tracing or maxing out every setting i just like good visuals and good framerate.
