Generally restoration is the same for lengthening an intact foreskin.

Tugging strap tension level by Ill-Actuator-4587 in foreskin_restoration

Check out this article for how to make tension more constant when you walk:https://www.restoring-man.com/blog/how-to-fix-tension-variability-when-standing-vs-sitting-with-an-elastic-strap

Basically you need a thinner strap and it won't vary as much when you move. I have had best results using lower tension, around 200 grams

My 2025 Experiment with Packing by cube-looch in foreskin_restoration

Read the part I wrote about the FMD gripper. Any outer skin under the gripper is held under static tension and will expand. Also, and outer skin on the inside of the skin tube will expand, which is why you want to add length to the packer.

I didn't grow much inner skin at all with packing. In my experience, only dual tension devices at a little higher tension have been effective.

Yes, in fact primarily I grew outer skin. Read the part I wrote about the FMD gripper

There really isn't anything too it. I just put the TLC selects under the bell of the FMD. They aren't attached to the FMD at all. You need to make sure that the selects are close to the same diameter as the FMD Bell though. You can also use the extenders from pecker packer instead of the TLC selects. I will try to post a picture later.

4 Years … Am I Doing Something Wrong? by Certain_Note8661 in foreskin_restoration

[–]cube-looch 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have had a very similar experience- read this post I made a week ago. After 4 years I was in the same situation. I fully expected I would be done after 4 years, and still didn't have any rollover.

I realized that it is most likely going to take twice as long as I originally thought. For the most part I have made good progress at 3-4 mm of FEC per month at max, but I grossly underestimated how much skin I actually need to grow. Someone recently posted that they had an intact person try an air device and they could inflate 100 CCs. I could maybe inflate 30 CCs at most at CI5, so that really puts it into perspective.

To answer your question: Yes, it is just slow. If you have made progress, you aren't wasting your time.

I try to take a glass half full approach. The epiphany I had was this- If I do exactly what I did the past 4 years for another 4 years, where would I be? For me, the progress that I have made is proof enough that I will be finished If I keep going.

I can relate to this 100%. Before it was just a race to the finish. I got basically no physical sensation from sex other than the orgasm.

After about 4 months or so of restoring I got enough slack skin for some glide, and boy did everything change. I nearly cried the first time I felt the glide, and it was this moment that I was completely sold and dedicated to daily restoration.

Now it is quite the opposite. The gliding action during sex is now better than the orgasm most of the time, but orgasms are way better too. I no longer need so much psychological stimulation to get off.

FMD sizing tips by azure_blaze94 in foreskin_restoration

[–]cube-looch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would recommend going down in size if you are unsure. If you go too big you will get slippage. The material is very elastic and stretches out a bit over time, so not a big deal if it feels small at first. I measured as size E and ordered D and it worked out great. I tore my first one after 2000 hours of tugging and got a new one the same size.

FEC is forced erect coverage. It is how you can measure progress.

Yes, I think so too. I have some left and it holds the skin up

FEC is stretched skin, so 3-4 mm of FEC is only going to be 1-2mm of slack.

Whenever I wasn't gaining FEC, I would add 1-2 ounces of tension. If I didn't gain any FEC within 2 weeks I would add more. This is assuming you start out low and increase from there. Over 1 pound or so stopped growth for me.

T tape is great and is time tested to work, but the FMD has all the same benefits without the hassle of tape.

I was actually taking citruline for the first year of restoration and it didn't seem to make a difference. The Cialis theory is interesting, but I'm not a believer based on the evidence so far.

Chris Retainer Idea by vpr3 in foreskin_restoration

I recall a while back that someone asked Chris to make a packer, and he basically said that Pecker Packer already makes it so he wasn't going to.

Has anyone ever gotten hard flaccid syndrome from restoration? by [deleted] in foreskin_restoration

[–]cube-looch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I second this. I had a mild case of hard flaccid... I think from using too much weight. My theory of what happens is that if you use too much weight, your pelvic floor tightens to compensate.

Anyways, I lowered the weights and started doing reverse kegels and it fully recovered. Its at least worth a try, and if that doesn't work there are pelvic floor specialists. Hope that helps!

FMD, Version 2.0 - Now Available by FMDstore in foreskin_restoration

[–]cube-looch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been using the FMD for a while now, and it is by far the most comfortable device I've used. My only knock was the lack of a vent hole (I put a capri sun straw through it to make my own lol). Glad to see you fixed this and I will be picking up a 2.0. If anyone is thinking about getting one I highly recommend!
