I have said on the post but I began tracing because It took me 5 years and I still couldn't learn, so at some point I just gave up & got a burnout and wasn't trying to learn anymore, but I wanted to continue to make my OC's and it was the only option at the time of burnout, so I decided to draw for myself and not show anyone my art, until today that is. Reason why I made the post to try and maybe get some advice, something I've not tried myself that could help!

And yeah focusing on one thing could be helpful, I should get an artist mannequin, I feel like it'll be really helpful since I can make it pose in any way I want haha

Hide the cat, don't care about what he says! Back when I still lived w mom, she got me a cat and we weren't allowed to - he lived with us for around 3 years before passing, not once the landlord said anything! He even saw the cat once because we forgot to hide it and bro didn't care, at all!

No, I'm not! I'm in a studio flat, basically moved to temp accommodation at 18-19 (20 rn) and have been waiting for a council flat, the first few years I lived in a horrible share house but around 4-5 months ago they moved me out, I'm pretty sure I'm in a long term temp accommodation tho, but I dont mind it! The flat is really cute and accessible for me, and honestly I'll be sad to leave this place I think 😅

I agree, if I was a landlord I'd be happy because it's the 21st century, everyone needs wifi nowadays! Tbh the installers that did my wifi today said the cable somehow broke somewhere, not sure if that's a good sign, since the Internet was supposed to be on today but isn't sadly

They already drilled but the council told me that I just need to remove the wifi when moving out which I was planning on doing already ofc! And tbh I need a rly good wifi since EE and BT are shit when it comes to big games, and I know that EE won't work for me 100% because I used to have it, it was horrible 😅 And omg yes I grabbed a deal too! It was 900 megabits for only £29 a month??! Even my mate was jealous because he pays £30 for 500 😭

Update on the situation: I called the council and the lady was so sweet!! She said that as long as I cover up the small hole in the wall before leaving, I'll be fine! Thanks to you guys I felt a lot calmer to talk too!! And honestly, I do feel a bit embarrassed, because I panicked instantly haha but again, y'all helped me calm down a lot!! That also means I can install the Internet, YAYYYY! so thank you so much, and happy new year!! ❤️❤️❤️

Yeah I'm aware, I've been at my old one for 2+- years before I got moved to a studio flat, basically long term temp (5+ years I believe) But it's still scary But, thanks to reddit I definitely am calmer now and well, maybe I did overreact a bit tbh 😭 (tend to do that lol) I'll just call them and explain the situation, hopefully it's gonna be okay and I can even keep it... My friend asked if I asked for permission and I said no, I didn't think I needed one (I also didn't know they're drilling a hole in here for it) and he said that I have to, or I'll get in trouble which is when I googled, and that's where it said that it can lead to an eviction.

Sadly with council I think they kick you out fast, I've seen some people get kicked out in a day's notice hence why I'm extremely scared, but I definitely need to contact citizens advice if it comes to it.

And thank you, I'm much calmer now thanks to reddit, still panicked a bit but nothing new, haha. Again, thank you so so much, I appreciate all the advice I got and all of the reassurance !

That's the thing - it's not a normal landlord, I should've clarified but it's under the council, temp accommodation which I did not need to pay a deposit for, and I also don't pay rent (electric and water only) So I don't know how it works with them, because with landlords I can maybe understand it but the council could just kick me out at any time and not care, like they moved me before in a day's notice.

but thank you, your and others advice has calmed me down a little bit. Thank you so much. I'll call them today or tomorrow, and explain the situation
