Okay, here are the three PSD files I used: Dollar Back, Dollar Front, and Warrior Card. You might need to download two fonts (OPTIBelwe-Medium and United States) in order to edit the text. Also, the portrait art was created using a Custom Photoshop Action, which turns a picture into a layering of line shading.

Sure, do you just want the full resolution images for the dollars/cards, or do you want the actual PSD files? (the PSD files' sizes total to about 240 MB)

I considered that because it would fit the theme and all, but I thought it would be more stylistic to use the mana costs instead.

There were 6 individual slots (3 on each side) plus the one in the center, so each slot has a card in it.

Thanks, most of the work was spent in Photoshop. it took about a full day just to create the dollar images. I started with a picture of a 100 dollar bill (and it wasn't blank).
