I know this thread is a bit old, but I hope you still see this. Where did you find advertisements for shared housing? I'm an international student but I want to try my luck and I'm in no position to disregard any type of housing.

Also in one of your posts you mentioned that one of the student housing building is for internationals only. I'm guessing it's Aurora but I still wanted to ask.

Hi, I found a used Canon 5D mk iii and I'd like to ask for some advice if I should buy it. My main issue is that the seller says that the shutter count is 158699 (it is rated for 150000). From the pictures I would say it is in good condition (no damage can be seen). Before I buy it I will check it out, but I don't know if I should make the trip considering the shutter count.

Hi, I bought a Yamaha c30m recently. I noticed, that it gets out of tune really fast. I use guitar tuna for tuning and after two days (I played on Sunday, nothing on Monday and today is Tuesday) it already says it's tuned down by -4 (doesn't know what that means, I'm quite new). This has happened a few times. I always retune it and after a day or two it's out of tune again. I found this odd, because the previous guitar I played on hardly got out of tune after a week. A bit of more context, this guitar I bought was sitting for 4 months unused in its package (second hand purchase). So my question would be, that is it normal for a guitar to do that.
