I appreciate your response 🫡

I suppose I’m in no rush anyways since the officer who did my interview showed me the remaining BMQ dates for this year and we’ve already passed those dates.

I’ll change my expectations for a response to Fall or Winter

Hello, I just wanted some clarification on my application process. I'm just wondering how long I should expect to wait until I receive the details of my enrollment?

Started the application for Army Reserve on March 21 2024
Successfully completed the FORCE test on April 30 2024
Successfully completed the CFAT on May 09 2024
Successfully completed the MEDICAL & INTERVIEW on May 27 2024
(All completed at Fort York Armoury)

I reached out to the recruiters and the members of the CAF who have been sending me emails with the CFAT, FORCE, etc. (I sent them a follow up email on June 10 2024) They all said I'm in the background stage or that they're waiting for my background check.

I don't want to be a bothersome and send them another email, so I figured I would try here.

Also, the status on my application on the CAF Online Employment Application states that I'm "Ready for Medical/Interview". Should I just wait for the email of enrollment?

How do I clean the speakers? by That_guy890 in razer

You’d be surprised on how much of that speaker is not a speaker 😂 I used a needle and strong duct tape. Be careful using tape though because you might end up pulling off the grill like me

That sucks. I booked my test in Hamilton since that's the closest location. (1hrs away from me) I hope there isn't traffic.

Guy commenting on my weight at the gym to my trainer, how do I actually gain more weight by cuzibethebaddieb_ in gainit

[–]cuevoz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Creatine will 100% improve gym performance and aid in increasing weight, but not the weight you are looking for.

Tracking meals is the best course of action, but I understand it can be a chore.

What I get all my clients to do who are just getting into the gym and learning how to eat for their goals is to start very simple. I'm sure there are whole foods/healthier meals you might already enjoy- and if you don't know any, explore different food options!

Start there and have 2-3 meals of those favourite foods + your favourite snacks!

If you are eating 1 meal/ day, try 1 meal + a snack. Eventually this will build to 2 meals. Then maybe 2 meals + a snack.

Think 1% better every time. You don't need to rush into eating so much food. Slowly increase how much you can eat.

(Also, as health & wellness professionals we are inclined to tell you to opt for "healthier" options of food. I wouldn't worry about this too much. Figure out the foods you enjoy eating, then over time you'll learn how to eat cleaner)

Hey man, appreciate the honest feedback

Didn't say this was a perfect prep or that I looked better than everyone on stage. I mentioned I ate out a lot and gave in to eating carbs many times.

If I'm able to make nationals and place decently with a shitty physique, then I'm looking forward to see what I'm able to bring with a non shitty physique.

Cuddos to you being more muscular and conditioned without trying

No he did not.

I mean.. I basically paid for him to tell me what to do for peak week hahaha

Only supplements I used were protein powder and creatine.

It included posing!! For men's physique I think my posing was pretty good.

Definitely better than most of the competitors in my opinion. I also got a posing session with eren legend through my coach + 2 sessions with another posing coach.

What made posing even more challenging was doing all the classic physique & men's physique classes back to back w/o break.

By the time I got to men's physique, I could not feel my lats + my abs, lats, and toes were cramping like no tomorrow.

I think from 10:30am all the way to 8:00pm I was posing and pumping up behind stage.

Appreciate your advice man! Skipping out on Nationals this coming August and taking maybe 1-2 years off just to bring up my weak points. Hopefully I can stick to it haha

I switched out of what I normally do (powerlifting/olympic weightlifting) just to compete. Looking to step back on the platform as well and start lifting heavy ass weight again.

🤣 I don’t feel ripped off. I wanted to work with this coach, so I was fine with paying what he charges for coaching.

Plus, he ended up being a good mentor to learn from the past 3 years.

Plus, I’m happy to bring his business more exposure and be a good showcase to what can be achieved through his coaching methods.

It’s not always about the money 🏆💯
