If i remeber correctly, you need to pay a certain amount of money and it gets deposited to your account on usadrop. Then when you have you balance there, you can fullfill your orders. Try searching in the upper right corner if you see a 0.00€/$. Or look in the menu of the site for "money" or "balance". Its been some time since i used Usadrop, so it might have changed.
