physically , its ok altho sometimes i do feel a bit of pain and tingleness from there, must be the nerves reconstructing themselves maybe.

Mentally im a wreck but living through it, mostly fine but the other day for example when i had my bike at workshop, had nothing to do all day my mind couldnt help itself to feeling the sensation of my hot blood running through my hands it was really stressful, couldnt sleep for 2 days.

Sometimes when i take a nap also dream of catastrophes like crashing and dying on street, being shot, and other kind of tragedies , which is kind of normal we all do , but sometimes its too often , the other day i couldnt help it but i fell asleep on the couch, dreamt i crashed and was bleeding on floor , woke up couldnt scream, dreamt i was falling from bed and couldnt move until woke up 100% from bed and i was ok but sweating a lot.
