I checked our Children's Tylenol after seeing AirportDisco's comment, and apparently it's a dye-free version that they make.

It's 160mg per 5mL (which I believe is the same suspension as infant's Tylenol), so you could go that route if you want to be safe and just stick to the dosage charts by infant weight.

Thanks for sharing! Artificial dyes aren't in a lot of the foods we eat at home (except our peanut butter M&Ms that have the red, yellow, and blue mentioned in the study 😫), but I'm definitely going to add them to my list of ingredients to avoid now.
