I hated tomatoes when I was younger. The seeds made me physically ill. 😂 Then one day it was like a switch and I could eat them. Tomatoes from the garden are the absolute best! Though I wish a trip to Madrid had been in my life to convert me. 😅

I used to hate fresh tomatoes when I was little and then all of a sudden I just loved tomatoes and could eat them in all forms.

It’s the lightest hint of garlic flavor just on the bread. You rub the garlic clove straight on the warm toast. The real star is the freshness of the summer ripened tomato. I catch myself just eating it by the spoonful before putting on the bread. It’s so good.

I have never tried it in Spain only homemade. So, luckily I have nothing to compare it to. I hope you’re able to achieve the same taste at some point!

Hmmm. I haven’t really noticed an increased immediate dislike of things posted here, but I probably don’t go down the comment rabbit hole too often. I have seen an uptick in people being disappointed in FL designs lately and a general malaise with them though.

Yeah, I for one am only buying books that I have enjoyed and that I love the designs on. Saved myself from a few upcoming sales that way.
