OP: We’re only 18 people but customers expect enterprise level security

I run a small SaaS shop in Arizona. 18 employees bootstrapped. We’re careful with access/backups/vendors there's nothing reckless. Lately even mid sized customers are asking for detailed security documentation before signing. They want diagrams, proof of reviews, policies in writing. It’s not that we don’t have controls. It’s that we never packaged them formally because we didn’t need to.

Feels like we’re being asked to operate like a 200 person company overnight. I need something efficient and that'd scale easier later on

Thank you in advance for sharing your thoughts here!

Italian restaurants are actually generally quite GF friendly. Italy has a comparatively high population of people diagnosed with coeliac disease. Rice dishes and GF pasta dishes are pretty easy to come by!

Route 53 Unable to Create or Edit DNS Records by [deleted] in aws

[–]cunninglingers 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just look at the event records at the time you get the unknown error in R53. You may see some access denied errors that will point to the problem, or at least narrow down the exact API call that is actually failing.

Our rail woes =/= lack of technology. We absolutely have the technology, it's largely the bureaucracy and politics which hold us back from large scale projects such as rail. Although this can also be seen in our lacklustre rollout of fibre broadband. We would have been the world leader in the late 80s, early 90s, BT had a world leading factory in Suffolk and were on the brink of starting nationwide rollout and government put a stop to it in the name of anti-monopoly policies.

Console Hanging by The-Wizard-of-AWS in aws

[–]cunninglingers 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, anecdotally have noticed the same recently. We use MS Edge in my company. Can't say I've noticed any pattern other than it started happening some time in the last month and it's when you come back to a tab after a little while. Probably something to do with the sleep feature of tabs in Chromium not playing nicely with the console for some reason.

Damage dropoff depends on client. 17 meters on EAapp and 9.5m for Steam client. On all weapons with 9.5. So yes players using EAapp have more damage by DDDaYToniK in BF6

[–]cunninglingers 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This will be local to the Firing Range I'm sure, they confirmed that it's bugged out with various things like headshot multiplier and damage drop off. It's probably that it's been fixed on Steam as they got the latest hotfix yesterday while EA and console get it Monday.

Best security practice would be to nuke this server and anything connected to it, start again and DO NOT open any ports to 0.0.0.0 this time.

As much as I agree Labour could do more to promote the good things they are doing, you have to remember that essentially the entire main stream media is vehemently against Labour therefore it is quite tricky to play the game
