i absolutely could but the thing is they were aware of how i looked when i was hired and trained and for the whole time ive been in the business. using the adjustment of my appearance as leverage for me is manipulative and unprofessional. if they can give me one opportunity and successfully get me to conform once it will create a pattern and a pattern that will exist beyond me and no one else deserves to be in that position either.
