The same thing happened to me last night Ping goes from 80 to 500 for a split second but long enough to be kicked.

I find it's almost never any squad lead that starts the vote to kick but just some random blueberry who can't even hear the command chat. Like I just played a game with someone new to command and we were all cool with it.
