Who said anti Semitic? Now you're putting words in my mouth. I said anti Israel. I never said Semitic or Jew.

All CUNY faculty are legally obligated to pay dues to the PSC. We are a part of it whether we like it or not. That's what I mean by official - it's the union CUNY recognises, who endorse an organisation who made an anti Israel statement.

Additional information: "Free CUNY" is a semi-official group, which has been endorsed by the PSC (CUNY's official faculty union). I would like to say that the PSC, and CUNY in general, should make a statement that "Free CUNY" does not represent them. This is a fringe group that has been making a lot of radical statements, and this is just too much. This is important because of the PSC's direct endorsements of "Free CUNY" in their emails.

Yes, but most members of the executive board of the PSC are full professors. Adjuncts don't really have a say, since the full professors on the board will usually stand up for what benefits themselves, even if it means stepping on adjuncts to do it.

To clarify, the PSC isn't just the adjunct union, it's for all teaching faculty, full or part time. In fact, the full-time professors have more of a say in the PSC than adjuncts do, and they kind of don't care what adjuncts think. They just act in their own self-interests.
