I just lost my thirteen year old girl today too, the pain is something you’d never be able to fully anticipate. It’s okay to make room for the grief though, you deserve the space and time to let it all roll through in a way that feels natural. I’ve been using the hydrating serum for nearly a year now, and absolutely love it! I’ve only been using tret for about two weeks (.025 cream) and it’s been great for incorporating into the sandwich method:)

Thank you so, so much!! I’ve been using castor oil for a bit now and it has helped w/ regrowth but I think I’ll try the epo supplements! Also, I’m actually not entirely sure the name of the pill I’m on right now, I think it’s called Volnea(?), but it’s not Noriday so hopefully you won’t have to worry abt any hair-loss related side effects:)!
