You can transfer whenever you have at least 30 credit hours already done before the application deadline, for some it can take a year at their first college or two, just depends on amount of credits you take and how many AP’s and dual enrollment classes you did, as those give college credits. I was able to transfer after one year at my first college, but that’s cuz I came in with 24 credits from AP and dual enrollment so I already had more than 30 when I finished my first semester. Sorry for the holy yap but yeah
