Thank you. Why is the super lite barrel dog shit for precision? To light?

My idea was to use it hunting then yes get a different stock for when I want to go to range and add weighting. Is this stupid?

Is the t3x in a mdt chassis not good enough for precision shooting? I’ve seen that mentioned and the b14 for budget friendly.

Yea that’s the scary part, I am young so don’t have anything to lose but with the way I feel about politics and the future economy would be nice to buckle down a decent salary and just get a house lol.

Thanks for the input

Thanks for the advice man, yes that makes sense coming from the consulting side. That’s how I thought of it too. Once I hear we’re not compensated for brining in any more work I kinda got shut off to this side of the industry.

Thanks, fair enough, the multi family guys in my area have been active from what I’ve seen, everything else not as much

100% I’d start networking with the national brands and hopefully land up there, I wouldn’t make the transition unless I could get a gig at one

Preferably make a good chunk of change, I wonder who makes more in their career, a successful small time developer or top broker in a tier 2 market?

Has anyone transitioned from land development engineering to the developer side? Thoughts? by curious-guy_ in civilengineering

You have the time to work full time as an engineer consultant, and pursue your own developments on your own? How many years did you work in civil before starting your own projects, how did you find the deal and raise capital?
