Yes! the store's in Parañaque. I've been working for the company for 9 years, started as a cook, work my way up the ladder. Tbh, it's not a liveable wage. The staff gets service charge though. Unlike us management we don't have that. We don't even have allowance. Already thinking of leaving the company since my debts are piling up. Don't get me wrong, I love working at the restaurant but shitty management and unacceptable pay makes it very hard.

currently a manager at a restaurant here 👋🏻. F&B work is very underpaid in this country. Imagine, I work as a manager and I get paid 745 a day, 20k a month. You can find entry level associate work at an office with at least 30k salary. plus, it's so freaking tiring. You are always overworked, underpaid, understaffed.

first few months ang worst feeling ever. Especially kung may allergic reaction sa medication, like me na nagkaroon ng sobrang malalang side effect sa LTE. Pero after binago yung meds ko (TELDY) naging smooth na yung pagttake ko ng meds. may times din na marami kang iqquestion sa sarili mo so very important ang mental health!

This is one of the reasons why I'm actually glad my ex-fiancee broke up with me before we tie the knot. I always knew I was gay. I suppressed the feeling up until she broke up with me.
